Yes, we offer customized products. However there is no return/exchange on any customized products.

We accept all UPI payments, debit and credit cards payments. whereas, COD is applicable only on non-customized products.

Yes, we do offer Message cards on request post your ordering within 1 hour of time frame. However, there's no selection on theme or design of card and customer can check out the card only on delivery. Limit of 100 words on message cards.
